25 Things I Didn't Want to Know About You Board Game Idea

25 Things I Didn't Want to Know About You Board Game Idea

Create a board game around the "25 Things I Didn't Want to Know About You" Internet Meme. Each person in the game creates a standard set of cards 25 to be exact for each of the 25 things. One side of the card has the game logo the other is plain text on white. The players all mix the cards together and place them on the board. Clearly the more people the better but if you don't have enough people there could be created a few sets of 25 things from famous people to use to fill in. Like most games the object of the game is to move around the board to the place to win or gather enough point to win. Simple enough. The game can be like Trivia Pursuit or Sorry or maybe Monopoly. Each player, when they get a card, must read the card outloud and the other players must each guess who it is. Fun happens!

Just a quick idea...

Walmart Mail Idea

Walmart Mail Idea…

Everyone has a Walmart somewhere near them, well at least here in the United States from where I live and work. I live between 3 Walmarts and pass several Walmarts on my adventures driving from San Jose, CA to Santa Barbara, Ca weekly. I guess this idea could work for Costco and maybe Starbucks if they had some sort of photo printing kiosk.

Right now Walmart has a photo kiosk and photo printing service at each location. The prints cost something like 15 cents to 20 cents for a 4 by 6 printed photograph.

My idea is if I were Walmart I'd offer everyone a free Walmart Mail address. The address could be something like john@walmart2209.com. Like an email the customer could give this to friends and family. Unlike email this address would have prints make at a given Walmart. This Walmart Mail address would be used to receive photo letters sent from the Internet or from a camera phone. The addresses would act like an email address except that the email was printed out at the Walmart. The idea is really for things like post cards and not regular messages but short messages can be printed on the postcards front and back.

There could be several ways to pay for this service, one being if a customer wanted to receive Walmart Mail that customer could give a gift card good for 10 or 20 prints. The prints could also be paid for at the location if the customer opts for this. I'd also make the prints cost around the same or less than normal mail postage. Right now I think US postage is 36 cents. The sender could also pay for the mail the normal way using the Walmart website. This doesn't necessarily have to be for Walmart it could work with store like Costco.

I think this is a specially good idea for a company like Walmart. Having Mail at a Walmart when you come to the store could be a great feeling. Walmart could also send you an email telling you that Walmart Mail is waiting for you. This would bring people into the store to buy other things when they pick up their Walmart Mail.

My mom live in Little Rock Arkansas. There's a Walmart down the street. I'm sure she goes there once a week/month. I could send a picture to her using this service and it would be waiting there for her the next time she shops. Some people just like physical pictures and mail this could be both.

I know I know... You hate Walmart.

I know I know... Why not just have the picture send to the email?

This is just an option for the customer maybe something for those who don’t use computers...

This is just an Idea

Apple Store Flash Mob idea

Apple Store Flash Mob idea

Start a Flash Mob at a given Apple Store. The Flash Mob will gather at given Apple Store and start a huge line waiting for the next iPhone. When asked why they are waiting in line everyone just says they are lining up for the new iPhone. Some people will bring folding chairs other will have sleeping bags in hand. Have people there with video cameras interviewing those inline about the new iPhone. After an hour everyone goes home.

Unplagiarise website Idea

Unplagiarise website Idea

There is a big problem on the Web. That problem is plagiarism. My idea is a website call Unplagiarise. How do you plagiarise? You go to to a source and copy it and make it your own. How do you unplagiarise? Basically you need to rewrite the plagiarised material. Unplagiaris would be a website where you paste the plagiarised material and it will rewrite it so as to make it your own. It's kinda like the translation tool from Google. Then you can take the new material and use it how ever you like.

Sound shady? Well yeah but that's just my idea. You can have it! Chad

Say Your Name website Idea

Say Your Name website Idea

Are you trying to figure out how to say someone's name correctly?

Well my idea may help. Build a website around the idea that everyone can sign up give their name and record a short audio saying their name. Search the database to find the person and hear the name being said correctly. Everyone signing up can give their twitter, public email, location and maybe a short statement about themselves. All extra information other than first, last names and location would be shared by permission.

Speech samples can also be gathered. Maybe every month a sentence can be generated for people to record. Over time you could have a person saying their name and reading many different sentences to study speech patterns by person or region.

The site would have an online tool to record short audio in the browser.

Use the online tool to record your name from the browser. Each person would say their fist name, last name and both first and last names together. If they want to add other names, they can record other names like their mom’s name or dad’s name for reference.

Use the online tool to practice saying a given name and match it up to a chosen names pronouncement.

Listen to different people say a chosen name from different parts of the world. Could be fun to hear how one name is said from all around the world.

Listen to different names in a region to hear accents.

That's my idea right now... there may be a site out there similar too this please leave me a message if you find it.

Thanks,
Chad

Design Custom Packaging online idea…

The Web is awesome. Taking digital pictures is crazy fun. With the web and your digital pictures you can do tons of cool stuff. You can design a custom t-shirts, order prints in many sizes and even create photo books but you knew that that, didn’t you?

My idea is a site to design custom packaging kinda like the sites that let you make t-shirts or photo books online.

Some cool T-Shirt sites include:
http://www.cafepress.com/
http://www.zazzle.com/create
http://www.sonicshack.com/

Some cool Custom Book sites include:
http://www.shutterfly.com
http://www.smilebooks.com/
http://www.flippies.com/

The site would offer lots of different size packages. There would be the easy box, shoe box and gift box where you could wrap the objects in your favorite pictures or Photoshop designs. Other containers could be stuff like bottles, labels for bottles or paper bags of different shapes and sizes

Maybe this idea is already out there…

Just an idea,

My 2 Trillion Dollar Idea

My 2 Trillion Dollar Idea…

So I searched the national debt today and found that is was $10,727,446,370,99. That's almost 11 Trillion Dollars! Wow!

Right now as we speak President Obama is pushing through congress an almost 1 Trillion Dollar Economic Stimulus Package written up by Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats.

I also heard on the radio today that Congress was going to announce a second TARP (Troubled Assets Relief Program) package, called TARP 2, in the range of another 1 Trillion Dollars. Ahhh Wow! So in 2009 the United States government is going to unleash almost 2 Trillion Dollars of spending and rescue. Add that to the first TRAP 800 Billion dollars in 2008, lets just call it another cool 1 Trillion and we have what will be 3 Trillion Dollars pouring out of the US Government.

Crazy Crazy Crazy! You may be saying oh yeah smart guy! You may ask, you think can do better? I say, I don't know but I have an idea.

We can't do anything about the first 1 Trillion Dollars... So that leaves us with 2 Trillion Dollars fresh off the press coming down the government paper mill.

My idea is this... pay off part of the National Debt. Use the money, the 2 Trillion Dollars (Economic Stimulus Package plus TARP 2) and pay off some of the almost 11 Trillion dollars. This will bring the debt to just under 9 Trillion of debt.

Now you may be saying, paying off 2 Trillion of debt is stupid. I say to you it's just as stupid as spending 2 Trillion of money we don't have.

I mean come on! If your in debt, do you pull out the credit card and buy a new couch or an new car or how about a shiny new Apple computer? I'd love a new car right now  but I'm going to wait.

Just an idea,
Chad

Save your ears headphones

Save your ears headphones

Special headphones that will play audio at the perfect volume for you.
The headphones would have small device with both regular a headphone jack and a USB. The USB along with a program on the computer would simply test your hearing. Then determine the perfect volume to play back all your audio.

The middle setting would then be your perfect setting determined by the program. This setting would be the one that least damages your hearing and maximizes your enjoyment without your having to worry if the audio is to loud. You will also know that if you increase your volume above your given setting your may be damaging your hearing.

The headphones would also include noise canceling because a lot of the time we turn up the volume to an unhealthy level to block out noise outside.

ClipTV Idea

ClipTV Idea

Your ReplayTV / TiVo / DVR records and replays TV for future viewing. This is sometimes called Time Shifting.

Have you ever watched TV and something came on that you just had to watch again. Well with your DVR you can now replay and watch it again. Nothing new, DVRs have been around for years now. What if you saw something, replayed it then you wanted to share that short clip with a friend straight from the DVR. I mean the DVR is saving the video on the hard drive.

I'm not talking about recording TV shows and posting them online.

Just a DVR service that could post and/or save clips. Maybe you could comment on the clips and post that too. Right now it takes a lot of work to get stuff from your TV source and to a computer where you could then edit to your hearts delight… but only if you are a super video wiz.

Right now you can find tons of sad workarounds like people pointing their digital cameras at the TV screens and posting a crappy copies of a short clips they just wanted to share. These short clip are perfectly fair use too.

I would have the DVR create beginning and end points on the clip and save to the hard drive and/or give an option to upload to YouTube. To keep from posting whole shows off the TV, I'd limit the clips to something like 10 minutes.

What I really want is a DVR+ Editing. Some kind of hybrid DVR computer using your big screen TV. Then i could clip and save parts of this and that and make my own edits and have fun creating my own creations.

This idea may or may not exist or have been thought of already... I still want a box like this.

Wireless Electric Car Charging Parking Spots - Chad Spacey Ideas 0001

Wireless Electric Car Charging Parking Spots

As if the title didn’t explain it’s self…

Just had an Idea while listen to BOL 903 and the story about plugs for electric cars at your place of work. I think they should make wireless or plug-less parking spots for Electric cars. All you would have to do is drive you electric car over the spot and the car would charge without a wire or plug. This would be similar to the small wireless recharging pads that recharge your small mobile device. Just a quick idea…

This ideas may or may not have been thought of or blogged before…

but I’m blogging it and getting it out there…

Enjoy my Ideas, make this happen!

Flavors for Water Store - Chad Spacey Ideas 0002

Flavors for Water Store

Have you ever been to a store where there was all sorts of candy in bins. You can pick and choose which candy you want, fill up a bag with the exact amount of candy you want and buy it. Or have you been to Cold Stone? Here you pick the flavor of ice cream, add different candy and they mash it all together for a tasty treat. My idea is a store where there are tons of flavors to add and mix for water. Those little mixes you can buy at the store to add to water, stuff like Crystal Lite, is so expensive. This store would have huge amounts of powdered flavors to buy in large quantity at a huge price discount. There could also be an area in the store to mix stuff and make you own flavors. Like mixing paints at the Home Depot big box home supply stores you make a color then they can reproduce it in quantity. The "Flavor Store" could then make large quantities of the mix you like. You can even buy gallons of filtered water there too if you like. All on the cheap!

There maybe a store out there like this but if not well hopefully someone will do it.
